Seeking Valentina along with director  Armin Nasseri and the cast Kristin West, Ali Bavarian, Srinivasa Kapavarapu and Vida Ghaffari are all up for awards at the FANtastic Horror Film Festival. I was a supervising producer, production manager and AD on the film.

I volunteered at the Desert Rocks Film and Music Event in Hesperia, California last September 2014.  I shot the special guest lecturer videos which covered a variety of topics related to film production. Video’s were shot using my Panasonic Lumix GH2. Lecturers were as follows:

About Desert Rocks Film and Music Event:

The Desert Rocks Film and Music Event (F.A.M.E.) is an annual festival hosted in Hesperia, CA. The festival highlights independent films, music videos, up and coming rock musicians, and comedians. Film festival submission are open to U.S. and foreign films in these categories: Feature Films, Short Films, Documentaries, Animation, Student Films, and Music Videos. The event also hosts local art and food vendors along with activities for children.

6th Annual A Nightmare to Remember International Horror Film Festival!

San Francisco, Ca. May 30, 2013 – Television Hostess Miss Misery (Movie Massacre, Last Doorway Show) is proud to present the 6th annual A Nightmare to Remember International Horror Film Festival showcasing nine short horror films and two trailers. The festival will be located at the Opera Plaza Cinema Theater in San Francisco on June 15th 2012.

Guests will include: Guest of Honor Jason Dube, owner of Scattered Comics. He is known for his amazing comic books Panda days and Shadow Hunters. Jason will be available in the lobby to answer questions guests may have regarding comic book creation.

Film Maker/Scream Queen Maureen “Mo” Whelan will also be making an appearance, making this her first time attending A Nightmare to Remember International Horror Film Festival and we welcome her with open arms. Several other independent filmmaker, writers and creators will be in attendance.

The night will end with an awards ceremony where the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners will receive their Coffin Award!!
