Here’s a playlist with a few teasers I shot and edited along with a shout-out from Syrus from MTV / Real World Boston. The IndieGoGo video created by Reyna Young:

I’ll be speaking on a panel next Tuesday with fellow filmmaker friends Patrick O’Bell and Frank H. Woodward.  Producer / actor Andy Gates will also be joining.

Patrick is the director of the indie horror feature films, THE DIVINE ORDER and CLIENT 14. I was a producer on both. Andy was also a producer on THE DIVINE ORDER and a lead actor. He also acted in both my short films, THE SUBURBAN COUNT and A SIN THAT CANNOT BE FORGIVEN.

I worked with Frank in 2004 – 2006 at Crest Digital. He was a DVD producer for Anchor Bay and I was an Inflight Entertainment Account Rep.  At the time, Crest Digital was the main company to author and replicate Anchor Bay DVD products. Years later, we both found ourselves in the local LA indie horror community. Frank has moved on to write feature film scripts that have been aired on Fox and SyFy. He’s also an award winning documentary filmmaker which includes LOVECRAFT: FEAR OF THE UNKNOWN. His recent film, WRONG TURN 6: LAST RESORT, will be released earlier in the day on Tuesday.

Visual Effects artist, Chris Korn, will also be making a presentation showing off some of the 3D Characters he created.

The event is hosted by Ko Maruyama.  Ko and I worked together in 1999 at Post Logic. He was a Quantel Harry editor and I was a PA.  He now runs DMALA, teaches at the Art Center and still finds time to work as a motion graphics artist.
